The C Shop Cafe & Candy Shop is located in Birch Bay, Washington. It was established in 1971 by Patricia and Patrick Alesse. The C Shop is now in transition with Keith Alesse and his partner Saara Kuure preparing to take over operations.
The C Shop Candy Shop specializes in cooked candiess such as carmel apples, fudge, divinity, almond butter toffee, carmel corn, peanut brittle, chocolates and many other treats only available in Birch Bay. There are also popcorn, ice cream, snow cones and even sugar-free chocolates and candies.
The C Shop Cafe offers baked goods such as cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, cookies and fresh bread fresh-baked in the morning. Coffee is roasted by Patrick and fresh ground for each espresso. For a satisfying lunch choose from the deli sandwiches and wraps accompanied with homemade salads. After 5pm there is brick oven pizza. Don’t forget to top it all off with a sundae or banana split!
High season is from mid-June to Labor Day and we’re open 7 days a week from 11am to 10pm. The fall shoulder season is from Labor Day until just before Christmas and the Candy Shop is open Friday-Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. Off season is that short time before the Easter bunny production begins in February. Spring shoulder season begins again in mid-May.
