Shoulder Season Offerings October 16, 2009

It’s the fall shoulder season for the Candy Shop and we’re open Friday-Sunday from 12pm to 6pm. Martha has been baking too so there’s fresh bread, cinnamon rolls and cookies.

We’ve moved the espresso machine over from the Cafe so there’s always a hot drink available if there’s a nip in the air. Try a warming pumpkin latte or maybe some hot cocoa! We still have some T-shirts which make for a great Christmas gift if you’re shopping early.

Of course, C Shop candies make great Halloween treats. Get some for your mummy!

1. Day in the Park - October 20, 2009

It was fun checking out the C Shop website today. I want to come back to read the history of the C Shop building soon. Also, it was fun hearing in this blog-post what holiday season offerings you may have. It made me excited to stop in soon. Love knowing what’s new at the C Shop so keep blogging! 🙂

Hope the C Shop (and all on board) had a great Halloween! Since we were new to the area, we could not believe how many trick-or-treaters there were in the Bay Crest neighborhood! In our old community in Orange County CA (a very populated area, by the way), we would only see about 25-50 kids come to our door. But here it was as lively as back when we were kids! We really enjoyed it, even though we were tired out just hiking to the door that many times to hand out candy 🙂
Looking forward to hearing C Shop plans soon for Thanksgiving and the holidays beyond!
