Easter countdown March 25, 2010

The bunnies have been working hard behind the scenes to get ready for our Easter opening!

Keith with snow cone machineKeith has replaced the blades and bearings on the snow cone machine (vintage 60’s?) and we’ll be doing a test run later today.

In anticipation, Emily mixed up a fresh batch of our homemade snow cone syrups the other day. We always use real cane sugar in all our syrups and, as we run out of existing flavors and colors, we’ll be transitioning into natural flavors and colors. As always, we have a real juice flavor option available  too.
